I have been an active member of this organization for the past 8 years. In 2015, I joined as a member of the Rotaract Club of Daffodil International University. Through clubbing, I have come to know that this organization is not just limited to meetings, programs, and projects, but one of its strongest pillars is its organizational structure and documentation.

As our club was established in 2015, many documents were not created. During my presidency year, I gained knowledge by questioning experienced leaders from different clubs at different times. I took notes from regular assemblies. District leaders have helped me a lot on this matter. Later, when I worked at the district level, I noticed that every year, new clubs and newly appointed presidents faced this problem. Even many remote clubs do not have that opportunity. From that awareness, the question arose in my mind, If I can create a standard template for all documents, then club representatives can easily change them in their desired locations to fulfill their needs.

I am extremely grateful to all of my club members, mentors, and especially my spouse Mitu Mony for their unwavering support, love, and encouragement throughout my journey with Rotaract AtoZ. Their invaluable contributions have been instrumental in shaping me into this pilot project completion, and I couldn't have done it without them. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. If a single club gets benefits from this place (Rotaract AtoZ), I hope my effort and hard work will be worthwhile.
