আমাদের রোটার‍্যাক্টররা এই করনা মহামারীর মাঝেও রক্ত দাতা খোজা ও নিজেরাও রক্তদানে অংশগ্রহণ করে আসছে নিয়মিত।

১৬ জুলাই - ৩১ জুলাই, ২০২১ ইং বৃক্ষরোপণ কর্মসূচি, মাল্টি ক্লাব সার্ভিস প্রজেক্টের মাধ্যমে আমাদের প্রত্যেক মেম্বার নিজ নিজ উদ্যোগে তার নিজ নিজ এলাকায় বৃক্ষরোপণ পরিচালনা করছে।

প্রেসিডেন্টঃ খালা এই নিন এক প্যাকেট মাক্স ও সাবান দিলাম, এখন থেকে বাইরে বের হলে নিয়মিত মাস্ক ব্যাবহার ও সাবান দিয়ে ২০ সেকেন্ড ধরে হাত ধুবেন। আপনি ভালো থাকলেই আমরা ভালো থাকবো, আপনি আমি আমরা মিলেই আমাদের সমাজ,  আপনাদের সচেতন করা আমাদের দায়িত্ব।

আমারা নেতৃত্বে শুধু ক্লাবের মধ্যেই সীমাবদ্ধ নয়, আমরা নেতৃত্বে দেই আমাদের সমাজকে আমাদের চারপাশেকে। আর এমন সাংগঠনিক নেতৃত্বের মাধ্যমেই ইতিবাচক পরিবর্তন আসবে আমাদের সমাজে।

রোটাটার‍্যাক্ট ক্লাব অব ড্যাফোডিল ইন্টারন্যাশনাল ইউনিভার্সিটির উদ্যোগে করোনা সচেতনতা নিয়ে এক সপ্তাহব্যাপী "Covid-19 Awareness Week" পালিত হচ্ছে। যার ধারাবাহিকতায় আজ ১০০০+ মাস্ক ও সাবান বিতরনের মাধ্যমে সাধারণ মানুষকে সচেতন করছে টিম রোটার‍্যাক্ট ক্লাব অব ড্যাফোডিল ইন্টারন্যাশনাল ইউনিভার্সিটি।

Rotaract Club of Daffodil International University Successfully Celebrated 7th Charter Day.

In this celebration, Honourable DRR Elect Honorable Rtr. M. Mostafijur Rahman & Kawsar Hamid was present as a special guest. 

Honourable Club Convener Dara Abdus Satter Sir also present as a chief guest. 

Past President Rtn. Md Mahmud, Past President Rtr. Hasan Shahriar Shawon Rtr. Sanjib Kumar Barmon President Elect Mitu Mony, Secretary-Elect Md. Muradul Islam and others club members also present this program. 

Wish for a long life for Rotaract Club of Daffodil International University.

The annual district assembly is the major leadership training event in each Rotary District of the world. The workshops offer motivation, inspiration, updated Rotaract information, and new ideas for club officers, directors, and key committee chairmen of each club. Some of the most experienced district leaders conducted informative discussions on all phases of Rotaract administration and service projects. The sessions have given all participants valuable new ideas to make their club more effective and interesting. Normally eight to ten delegates from each club (officers, directors, committee chairs, etc.) were invited to attend the training session. Another important feature is District goals and objectives are also described and plans were developed for their implementation.

Rotaract Club, DIU joined  District Training Assembly (DTA) “Falcon – 21” at National Scout Training Center, Mouchak, Gazipur, where 550+ Rotarctors of RID 3281 were present in the Assembly.

অনুষ্ঠানে প্রধান অতিথি হিসেবে ছিলেন পাস্ট রোটারি ইন্টারন্যাশনাল রোটার‍্যাক্ট কমিটি মেম্বার পিডিআরার রোটারিয়ান মহিউদ্দিন পলাশ।

বাংলাদেশ-ইন্ডিয়া এবং পাকিস্তান থেকে অংশগ্রহণকারী শতাধিক রোটার‍্যাক্টরদের মাঝে সেশনে স্পিকার হিসাবে ছিলেন ছিলেন রোটারি ইন্টারন্যাশনাল ডিস্ট্রিক্ট ৩২৮১ এর ডিস্ট্রিক্ট রোটারেক্ট রিপ্রেজেন্টেটিভ রোটার‍্যাক্টর কাওসার আহমেদ রুবেল, ডিস্ট্রিক রোটার‍্যাক্ট রিপ্রেজেন্টিভ ইলেক্ট রোটার‍্যাক্টর এম মোস্তাফিজুর রহমান, ডিস্ট্রিক রোটার‍্যাক্ট রিপ্রেজেন্টিভ নমিনি রোটার‍্যাক্টর কাইয়ুম খান, ইমিডিয়েট পাস্ট ডিস্ট্রিক্ট রোটার‍্যাক্ট রিপ্রেজেন্টেটিভ রোটার‍্যাক্টর আবু বক্কর সিদ্দিক এবং পাস্ট ডিস্ট্রিক্ট রোটার‍্যাক্ট রিপ্রেজেন্টেটিভ রোটার‍্যাক্টর মাসুম উল আলম।

ভিন্ন ভিন্ন পাঁচটি সেশন বক্তাগণ আলোচনা করেন, জাতীয় ও আন্তর্জাতিকভাবে কিভাবে বন্ধুত্ব গড়ে তুলতে হবে, একটি ক্লাব সফলভাবে পরিচালনা করার জন্য নেতৃত্বে কি কি গুণাবলী থাকা প্রয়োজন, প্রেসিডেন্টের দায়িত্ব কর্তব্য, মিটিং পরিচালনা, প্রজেক্ট ব্যবস্থাপনা, এবং বাজেটিং ম্যানেজমেন্ট, আচরণ ও শিষ্টাচার এর উপরে।

প্রায় চার ঘন্টা দীর্ঘ অনলাইন ভিত্তিক এই ট্রেনিং সেশনে বক্তাগণ উপস্থিত আন্তর্জাতিক রোটার‍্যাক্টরদের সকল প্রশ্নের উত্তর প্রদান করে থাকেন।

অনুষ্ঠানের প্রধান অতিথি রোটারিয়ান মহিউদ্দিন পলাশ বলেন, বাংলাদেশ তথা বিশ্বে পোলিও মুক্ত করতে রোটার‍্যাক্টরদের ভূমিকা অপরিসীম, সেইসাথে রোটার‍্যাক্টরদের রোটারী ক্লাবের পার্টনার হিসাবে সম্মোধন করে একসাথে কাজ করার আহ্বান জানান। উনি আরো বলেন বিশ্বের অন্যতম সংগঠন রোটারি ইন্টারন্যাশনাল যা তরুন যুবকদের জন্য শেখার অন্যতম প্ল্যাটফর্ম। সেইসাথে তিনি রোটারি লার্নিং সেন্টার ও স্কলারশিপ নিয়ে বিশদ আলোচনা করেন।

প্রোগ্রামটি সঞ্চালন করেন প্রেসিডেন্ট ইলেক্ট রোটার‍্যাক্টর মিতু মনি, সহযোগী সঞ্চালক হিসেবে ছিলেন পাস্ট প্রেসিডেন্ট রোটার‍্যাক্টর হাসান শাহরিয়ার শাওন।

প্রোগ্রাম শেষে আগামী বছরের প্রেসিডেন্টসিয়াল থিম উন্মোচন করা হয়।

রোটারেক্ট ক্লাব অফ ড্যাফোডিল ইন্টারন্যাশনাল ইউনিভার্সিটি যা ২৩ শে জুন ২০১৫ সালে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়, ক্লাবটি অটিজম অ্যাওয়ারনেস ও রোটারি ইমারজেন্সি ব্লাড সেল যা করোনা মহামারীর মাঝে জরুরী রক্ত প্রদান করার ক্ষেত্রে বিশেষ ভাবে কাজ করে যাচ্ছে।

Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is a leadership program coordinated by Rotary Clubs around the globe. Each year,  young people participate in this program. Young people are sponsored by Rotary Clubs to attend the event run by the club's district committee. Participants are chosen for their leadership potential. Rotary Clubs and the Rotary District cover all expenses for the participants. The format of the event vary from district to district, but commonly take the form of a seminar, camp, or workshop to discuss leadership skills and to learn those skills through practice.

In this year our three members of Rotaract Club of Daffodil International University participated in RYLA 2020/21 program at the National Scout Training Centre, Mouchak Gazipur from 11th-14th February 2021. It is a matter of joy that the participants achieved numerous awards in different categories.
